159102, seen here at Waterloo a week or so after entering service, was converted from TransPennine Express' 158803 at Wabtec in Doncaster. Obvious external differences from the existing 159s are that the endmost doors are now orange, the 'swoosh' position has been revised and the "South West Trains" lettering is now larger as can be seen in the bottom picture. The front skirt of this particular example also looks somewhat different from that seen on other 158/159 units.
Later units emerged from refurbishment with all doors orange (not just the end ones as seen here). All the 159s have since been re-liveried in this way.
