Originally built as an austerity loco for the War Department. After the war it was sold to the National Coal Board, Swallwell. Later aquired by the East Somerset Railway it was converted to look like a J94. It later ran on the Embsay and Bolton Abbey Steam Railway for several years as 68005. 71515 has been at the P&B since 2010.
